Spicy Mexican Tomato Soup Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Tomato Sliced ½ Kg
Tomato paste 1 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilli 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 2 liters
Salt 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Potato sliced 2
Capsicum Sliced 2 pcs
Sweet corn 1 cup
Onion (small cubes) 1 cup

Recipe:
Put chicken stock, potato, tomato, and tomato paste in a pan. Bring to a boil cook for 15 minutes and grind twice. Now add chopped red pepper, oregano, and chopped black pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Then add all the vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Finally, add salt and mix well and serve.

Vegetable Momos Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
For Dough:
Flour 500 grams
Salt 1 tsp
For the filling:
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Chopped green chillies 2 tbsp
Chopped spring onions 3
Carrot 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Momos Chutney:
Whole red chili 6
Tomatoes 3
Talhar Chilli 2 nos
Oil 5 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 5 tbsp
chopped onion 1 (small)
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Composition:
Mix the dough ingredients to make a dough and keep it for an hour. Then cut into 4-inch round discs and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Then add all the remaining ingredients of the filling and cook on high heat for 3 minutes and keep aside. Now fill 3 tablespoons of the mixture in two discs and steam for 10 minutes in a steamer. and keep aside. For the chutney, cook the tomatoes, talar chilies, and red chilies together with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook chopped garlic, chopped ginger, and chopped onions for 2 minutes. Then add tomato mix, salt, and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add soy sauce and mix and serve the momos with the sauce
