Did you tried this kind of crepes before?
For me it was the first time when I have tried strawberry and cream crepes and is definitely one of my favourite. The crepes are super moist and thin and the cream is very fresh and works great with strawberries. You can use any filling for crepes like Nutella or fruits jam.

• 35g sugar

• 250ml milk
• 30g melted butter
• 100-200g strawberries
• 90g cheese cream
• 30g powdered sugar
• 2g vanilla essence
• 150ml whipping cream
