In todays episode, I perform a standard service on my E66 740Li. Tasks include oil and oil filter change, air filter and cabin filter change, coolant and washer fluid top up, oil separator diaphragm replacement and service indicator reset.

The new oil filter housing was supposedly a direct replacement for the original from the same OEM supplier, however the opening thread on the cap was much larger than the original and would not screw into place, making it redundant and useless.
