Classical Music for Self-Care

The weekend is here and it is time for a little self-care, a little time for yourself, for meditation, for stepping back and reframing it all, or simply to relax a while, to lie down with a good book or with your eyes closed, and recharge after a long week.
This soft, lulling music is perfect to rest and unwind to, from the delicate rise of Massenet’s Méditation from his opera Thaïs, to brooding tension and release of Beethoven’s Moonlight sonata and the mysterious reverie of Saties’ first Gymnopedie.
