David Nolt was born with a rare disease called Arthrogryposis, which is similar to crippling Arthritis which affects the extremities causing the bones to try to convert back to the original position when surgically corrected.
His love for art was discovered at the age of 2 while lying on the floor watching his sister color in a coloring book when he picked up a marker and started to scribble on the kitchen floor. From then on things progressed from scribbles to highly defined masterpieces.

One day David had the chance to try oil paints!!! WOW!!! He was hooked immediately. He still remembers the first time using those magical buttery smooth paints that did what he wanted them to do! They mimicked his image he saw in his mind, it was fantastic! After practicing for a few years, David decided to join the Mouth and Foot association.
David's First canvas was the kitchen floor, now he paints masterpieces on real canvas!
