B-block located at important location. It has direct access from DHA Phase 5 Block Extension. B-block is entry point of DHA Phase 9 Prism from Phase 5 via Underpass which is operational now within 2 to 3 minute drive. This underpass will serve not only M Block but Prism Phase 9. B-Block 5 is minute away from Lahore Ring Road Nawaz sharif Interchange DHA Phase 6
In Phase 5 M-block price ranges from 160 to 200 lacs depending so there is lot of room to gain in Prism b-block in coming years having Askari 11
