HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER POUND CAKE!

INGREDIENTS (CAKE)
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
3 cups granulated sugar
dash of cinnamon
5 large eggs room temperature
splash of vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup 7-Up soda

(PEACH TOPPING)
canned peaches
brown sugar
cinnamon

(DRIZZLE)
1 pack of room temp cream cheese
juice from the peaches
1 cup powder sugar

Bake cake on 325 for 1 hour & 15 minutes. To store, seal in airtight container or wrap in foil and refrigerate. Good for 3 days.
