Making Chicken Wings in the Gozney Dome or any pizza oven is super easy and they come out extraordinarily crispy and delicious!

Here’s what to do: marinate the chicken wings in Graza olive oil, salt, and a pepper for 2 hours. Preheat a cast iron skillet in the dome for 3 minutes, then drizzle some EVOO oil in the pan. Add wings and bake at medium high flame for 7-10 minutes. Bake times will vary, but cook until interior reaches 165f degrees and the skin is crispy and charred to desired level.

You can eat the wings as is out of the oven (once they cool down!) or add your favorite sauce. I loved the flavor of Opera Sauce on the hot wings. The heat and complex flavors worked well with the charred chicken.
