Throw back to Final Fantasy XIII-2: Knight of Etro vs Bahamut!

For this solo, you want to prevent/minimize the crystal re-summons. Bahamut does this at three different timings:
A. after every recast
B. first power up at under 80% HP
C. second power up at under 50% HP

Scenario A is a non-issue since Bahamut won't get a recast turn.

Scenario B - phase one: racing against the orb to lower Bahamut's health to under 80% while NOT killing the crystals. This is done by triggering the Burst phase. The rotation will neatly end with Bahamut at 79% HP, just in time for a friend call.

Phase two: finish the crystals with friend unit's LDs and BT. Once they're down, use EX and leftover LD on Bahamut for maximum damage. From here until 49%, it's the standard solo rotation for Lightning.

Scenario C - phase three: Bahamut cleanses and summons the crystals. You need to have EX ready for [Thunder Resist Down]. If not, then you'd have to use her LD to inflict it. The idea is to lower the orb count low enough for you to use Edge's Call Ability and evade everything (including crystals self-destruct). Use your AA liberally here. Also use your summon to create some breathing room for Lightning. Once the count is low enough (at around 6), use Edge's CA and watch everything miss! Once Bahamut is alone, victory is guaranteed.
