Anna Newton invites us into her kitchen to show how she makes her delicious Christmas Truffles. They're one of her best-loved Christmas recipes and are easy to make.
This simple recipe is ideal to make with kids and the truffles make a great gift - just store them in the fridge until ready to share and ask the recipient to keep them in the fridge. Roll them in chopped nuts, freeze-dried raspberries or desiccated coconut, or keep it simple like Anna with cocoa powder finished with a spritz of gold lustre to add some Christmas sparkle.

150ml single cream
25g unsalted butter
450g milk chocolate, broken into squares
Drop of vanilla essence
Cocoa powder, for dusting
