INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Wheat Flour/Gehun ka Atta
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Butter
100 gm Dark/Milk Chocolate
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tbsp Milk

METHOD
Mix wheat flour and soda well and set aside.
⁠Melt butter and 50 gm chocolate over double boiler.
⁠Take the mixture off the double boiled and add powdered sugar and mix well.
⁠Add the wheat flour mix and milk and gently mix.
⁠Spread this mixture inside a greased cake mold and flatten it with fingers.
⁠Preheat oven at 180°C for 10 minutes and bake the pizookie for 22-25 minutes.
⁠Remove from the mold and serve warm. You can even top it with vanilla icecream.
