This is a parody of the little known full version of the opening theme song to the video game Sonic & Knuckles / Sonic 3 & Knuckles. It is also what is used for whenever you become Super/Hyper Sonic in that game. S3&K is one of my favorite video games and the Super Sonic theme is my all-time piece of video game music so much I used to use it in my other With Lyrics intros.
