Hi everyone! This recipe shows you how to make chili cheese dogs. Please feel free to use what you have. you may want to add or not use some of the seasoning listed.


hot dog buns
shredded cheese
1 lb ground beef
2 cans chili with beans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp season salt or all purose
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp worshistire sauce
1/2 chopped onions
1/2 chopped bell pepper

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Place ground beef and all season in the pan with the onion and bell pepper and brown meat.
Drain oil off meat. add 2 cans of chili with beans in ground beef. Make 5-7 slits in hotdogs then fry or grill them to desired taste. Toast bread buns. Pour chili over hotdogs add cheese. Melt cheese in oven or broiler. add topping and enjoy.
