Ok, i discovered how to mod Cars: The Video Game myself, thanks to Codename470 for instructions (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCW4K...) and TrackManiaMatt (   / trackman..  ) for needed instruments.

In this video - we are going to play as a Piston Cup Racer! Tho - he is very unstable, you can't play as him in Arcade mode because as soon as he is being added in Arcade mode - the game crashes on the launch. Still - enjoy! It was a hards process to make him playable at least here.
