This robust, flexible solution can pack cases in a wide variety of pack patterns with maximum uptime. Jugs of oil are received on the dedicated product conveyor and convey into the cell. The jug is side pushed and the next jug advances. The two jugs are picked up by the robot and loaded directly into the case. The case exits the cell and gets sealed. The robot will pick up the group cases and place on the pallet.

An intuitive HMI makes operation and troubleshooting simple, while remote access capability is built-in to the system.
