Recipe:
1. In a pan, put butter or daricreme, add a little of cooking oil,saute garlic and onions
2. when onion is translucent, add pork, saute
3. add cup of tomato sauce and tomato paste of choice, or two cups of spaghetti sauce 3-cheese overload, dash of ground black pepper, knorr pork cube, stir
4. add carrots, potato, or mushroom (optional)
5. add water to loosen thick sauce and wait until pork is tender, add pinch of rock salt
6. add Reno liver spread, and grated or sliced cheese, stir, bring it to boil
7. top with green and red sliced bell pepper, it will be crunchy, let it boil real quick, taste, put off flame/stove immediately
8. ready to serve.

ingredients:
butter or daricreme
cooking oil
garlic and onion thinly sliced
pork meat, caldereta cut, bulalo cut desired
tomato sauce, tomato paste equal cups, or make use of available spaghetti sauce 3-cheese overload
ground black pepper
knorr pork cube
carrots in sliced in cubes and potato 🥔 🥕 or mushroom sliced in halves
water
rock salt to taste or dash of patis (fish sauce)
Reno liver spread
grated or sliced cheese in cubes (melted or easy find cheese)
green and red bell pepper sliced in cubes🌶️ 🫑
