Come watch history in the making with the very first film done on the Jackson Hole one fly. Flyfishing legendary guru Lee Wulff and lifelong friend broadcaster Curt Gowdy have their last fishing trip together. This film highlights the concept of the Jackson Hole one fly in protecting the Native cutthroat trout. The true star of the film is the Snake River cutthroat, and some 34 years later, over $20 million was raised to help save these magnificent fish and stream improvement projects throughout the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy aviation legend Chuck Yeager with flyfishing legends Mike Lawson, Gary Lafontaine, George Anderson, Joan Wulff, and a host of guides who have made flyfishing history. The governor of Wyoming came to honor Curt and Lee for their contributions to helping the one fly concept and the team's entire flyfishing supporters as they helped raise money for conservation. This was the beginning of the idea of using friendly competition to raise money, and over 200 worldwide organizations have adopted it to raise money without cash prizes. Join us for a nostalgic look at the past.
