Hey guys, my name is PokeBron and welcome back to the channel! Today we're taking on a new rom hack in the scene with Pokemon Royal Sapphire - a new Pokemon Sapphire rom hack that changes almost everything in the game without changing that many Pokemon!

~~ Rules ~~
1. Only the first Pokemon in any area may be obtained.
2. The exceptions to this are dupes and species clauses, where a Pokemon that is already obtained, or another evolution of said Pokemon is encountered before any other.
3. No items can be used in battle.
4. A level cap is in place at all times to prevent overlevelling.
5. Set mode is required to be on as soon as you have access to, or own a Pokemon.
