This video is a tutorial for the Japanese-style single-hand overhead cast. Watching this video, you would be able to learn how to cast a baitcaster.

This single-hand overhead cast for Bass fishing would teach you many things. I used to be a double-hand cast-only guy. But after the practice of this single-hand cast, I found almost all of my casting skills were dramatically improved. This cast would teach you many things. This can be applied not only for Bass Fishing but also to any kind of fishing. I highly recommend practicing this cast.

This style is Jim Murata (村田基) style. Jim Murata is a casting god as well as T Namiki (並木敏成). Jim has been educating Japanese Bass anglers for long years and now this Jim's casting style is one of the standard casting practices in Japan.
