How to make soft and fluffy Instant Khaman Dhokla using Gits Instant Mix. This convenient and affordable mix makes it easy to prepare delicious dhokla at home.

Ingredients:

180gm Gits Khaman Dhokla Mix
230ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Tempering ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon hing
Green chili
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
Garnish:
Grated coconut
Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

1. Remove the instant mix and gradually add 230ml water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Gently mix until the batter becomes smooth and there are no lumps. Avoid overmixing.
2. Grease a plate or container and pour the batter in, filling it halfway. Steam for 10 minutes using a bigger pan with a little water and a stand.
3. Check if the dhokla is cooked by inserting a knife. If it comes out clean, remove and cut into pieces.
4. Prepare the tempering by heating oil and adding mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, and green chili. Pour in water, salt, and sugar. Mix well and turn off the flame.
5. Pour the tempering water over the dhokla and garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
