Processing line for herbs cutting and separation - preparing material for extraction/destillation

Integrating RB-400 cutter on HERBAS line for rebling and separation gives an additional capability to this versatile solution. It can be used with different medicinal and aromatic plants like: mallow (Malva), mint (Mentha), sage (Salvia officinalis), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), nettle (Urtica), stevia (Stevia rebaudiana), etc. This line employs only 1-2 operators and converts these herbs into more valuable products. The output material is ideal for further extraction or bulk tea packages. One huge advantage is minimal dust byproduct. With a high capacity of up to 1000 kg/h, it can boost your business efficiency and productivity. Rebling separates leaf from stalk and commutes the material to a specified and desired size. The processing is performed in dry state. Pneumatic separation on our CFS-800, in combination with sieving on a VS vibrational sieve, efficiently separates and cleanses the product. If needed, additional separation steps are simply implemented by adding. Sieves are made according to the request and are easily changed.
