Sweet, Sour & Crispy Orange Chicken. Delicious Chicken with Orange Sauce! The chicken is crispy on the outside, soft and smooth on the inside, the sweet and sour taste blends with the orange peel to create a delicious and seductive aroma! Sauce
1 cup (250ml) water
1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice
1/2 cup (125ml) vinegar
1/2 cup (90g) sugar
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
2 tsp orange zest
5 tbsp (75ml) soy sauce
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
Optional: 2 tsp Korean chili powder if you want more reddish orange color

Marinade:
