if you buy a dog or any other animals pet you have to take good care of it if not, you will pay double when your pet eat your reserved food when you refuse to do normal "that's a proverb"

the forces we have in Nigeria is designed for the boss at the top, for example, I.G, Commissioners, and stations DPO are the only one enjoying and this allied to other forces, if you don't have rank your salary will be peanuts, this is the reason this local, hungry, and most of them non-educated officer are hungry and angry out there, and the only people that will suffer from their pain is the citizens.
