Our family was given an extremely short 30 day vacate notice for a family of six who have rented year to year. Our son's disability bed was literally just installed a couple months ago by insurance. Property management gave us the 'bait and switch' emailing us they were going to be sending the lease renewal over which never came. They claim a new owner purchased the property, but will not even tell us their contact information. I believe the property management planned this months ago and sold the property within their circle so they could try to justify the 30 day notice rather than 60 days. I have a hunch they do this to turn around and blame/charge their pre-existing unfit property damages on the tenants.
