Bill Courtney clarified the longstanding rumor about 50 Cent obtaining an order of protection against Murder Inc following a studio altercation. After 50 Cent was cut in an incident involving Ja Rule, Irv Gotti, and others, speculation arose about protection orders. However, Courtney debunked this, explaining it was the studio engineer, not 50 Cent, who demanded legal actions. The district attorney's office automatically issued orders of protection for all victims involved, including 50 Cent, but 50 himself never sought such orders. Vlad highlighted that despite violent encounters with Murder Inc, 50 Cent's career soared, eventually signing with Shady/Aftermath and releasing the hit album "Get Rich or Die Tryin'." Courtney also recounted that threats from Murder Inc's Irv Gotti against industry figures who considered working with 50 Cent were part of an extended effort to stifle his rise in the music industry.
