About the seminar
Speakers from IHE Delft, UNESCO, the UN Development Programme’s International Capacity Development Network for Sustainable Water Management (Cap-Net) and the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) will discuss the Global Water Education Alliance (GWEN), which was established as part of the UN 2023 Water Conference and the Water Action Agenda. The seminar presents the network and seeks feedback and ideas from participants.
GWEN aims to develop and deliver a common global agenda to accelerate capacity development in the water sector in low- and middle-income countries. The network aspires to be truly global and strives to include partners from all parts of the world. The initiative invites all organizations or platforms working on water education to be part of the network.
