Dozens of the world's most glamorous and desirable vintage cars have gone on show in Turkey.
Organisers say some of the rarer models are worth up to a million US dollars.

Charting a course through motoring history.
More than 80 vintage, classic and modern cars are competing in the third Istanbul Concours d'Elegance.
This classic model is the oldest car in the two-day exhibition.
The vintage Cadillac 341A Convertible hit the road almost 90 years ago, way back in 1928.
Museum and collectable pieces on show include Jaguars, Chevrolets, Porsches, Ferraris, Pontiacs and other jewels dating from the 1920's to the 1970's.
Models like this 1961 Porsche 356 evoke memories of old Hollywood glamour.
"We have around 80 automobiles here. We have four categories, starting from the first day of the automotive industry all the way up to 1945, that's the antiques category," explains Ugur Isik, President of the Organising Committee of the Istanbul Concours d'Elegance.
"Then from forty-six (1946) to sixty (1960) this is for the classics. Sixty-one to seventy-five (1961-1975) the collectables," he says.
Apart of these categories, there is a special area in the show for a featured brand, occupied this year by Ferrari.
There are also awards for the 'People's Choice' and 'Best of Show'.
Wealthy owners can be reluctant to give a price for these museum pieces, but Isik says that rare models can go for up to one million US dollars.
"It (the price) can be as high as a million (US) dollars. I mean there are some cars that we estimate their value is around half a million, easy. And there are some of them very difficult to find, so they can go up all the way to a million dollar or something," he says.
Some owners like Irfan Keskin, a Turkish engineer, collect cars from a range of different makers.
Keshin has six vintage cars, including a Chevrolet, a Mercedes, an Austin and a Citroen.
He says that taking care of his Chevrolet Corvette from 1958 is all about love.
"We have to take (care of) it (vintage cars) like our children. We put them in special un-humidified rooms and we take care every day, believe me, every day, and we love him, so we kiss him," Keskin says.
The jury is made up of Turkish and foreign experts.
Annette Abaci, a German member of jury and a car specialist, explains how they judge what makes the best vintage car.
"We have different criteria. So it begins with the overall condition, then it comes to originality, then it comes to the mechanics, if the engine is running and starting, if the engine is original to the car," Abaci says.
"Then we have a special section for originality. And then of course we judge the interior", she says.
At the end of the show winning cars drive to the podium.
The Best of the Show winner this year is a dark Dodge Charger R/T from 1968, while People's Choice is a golden Pontiac GTO from 1970.
Visitors say they feel like they've been whisked away back in time by the event.
"It's the first time I attend, but I heard it is the third time they are doing it in Turkey. I enjoyed so much, and the weather was so nice, and the cars really made me go to other centuries", says Arzu Kunt, a university professor visiting the exhibition.
The Istanbul Concours d'Elegance was held on June 13-14 in the Halic Congress Centre, overlooking the Golden Horn peninsula in Istanbul.
