If your vehicle is equipped with the Infiniti Navigation System, you will be provided with visual and voice guidance to find locations.

The INFINITI Navigation System uses the Global Positioning System or G-P-S to determine the best course for the driver to take to a preferred address. The real-time map display and turn-by-turn voice instructions direct the driver to their destination.

To use the Navigation System to take you to a destination, follow these steps:

Press the DESTINATION button.

The settings available to you include:
• "Street Address" which searches for a destination by address.
• "Places" which searches for a destination from various categories of businesses or locations.
• Address Book that searches for a destination from the list of the stored locations you have previously entered.

For a complete list of available settings, please refer to your Navigation system owner's manual.

One of the most common reasons to use the Navigation System is to locate an address. Here are actions you will need to take:

Press the DESTINATION button, then touch STREET ADDRESS from the list of displayed choices.

You will see a character input screen like this. Enter the house number, press OK.

You will then be shown a street name input screen. Enter the street name and press LIST.

A list of streets will appear. Press to select the correct street.

The entire route is then shown. Press START after confirming the location of the displayed destination. The system sets the destination and calculates a route.

The INFINITI Navigation System also has a directory of places of interest to assist the driver in finding locations such as:
• Gas stations
• ATMs
• Restaurants
• Shopping centers, and
• Businesses.

By giving the Infiniti Navigation System a category, name or phone number, the directory will offer appropriate destinations. After you select the desired place, the system will calculate a route to that destination.
