Hello and welcome to this 5-minute acting affirmations session. To help you gain more confidence as an actor/actress, believe in yourself and let go of limiting beliefs.

I will say each of the affirmations once and then give you enough time to repeat it out loud or think it once, then we’ll move on to the next.

The more energy, positive feelings and belief you put into your words the more powerful they will become. Repeat these affirmations daily, for as many days as you feel is right for you. This will help to fully embody them.
