I tried ignoring the problem and just getting through my projects like an obedient employee. However, I was NOT an employee, and I repeatedly found myself spread thin, overworked, underpaid, and super annoyed with my clients.
But it wasn't their fault - I said yes to the projects and failed to take charge of my business.

So, I went back to the reason I started my business in the first place. I set up a vision for my business and got clear on my core values. This helped me put boundaries, policies, and systems in place to not only get my sanity back but also serve my clients even better because I could now be fully focused on their needs without unnecessary distractions.

This first step began my journey to streamline and optimize my business for consistent income and long-term success. The stress melted away, my confidence soared, and more of the right clients started connecting with me.
