When it comes to LIC, do not consider only the insurance agent, as a job prospect. There are several other job vacancies in LIC that appear every year. When it comes to administrative department, the freshers are usually recruited as assistant administrative officer. The education requirement would differ from department to department. For instance, CA candidates and post graduate finance students would be taken for the finance department where as management students in Human resource field would be taken for HR department and so on. The candidates have to apply for LIC jobs through the official site.
The online registration should be completed before the due date. When it comes to Assistant officer position, no matter what department it might be, graduate or post-graduate candidates are usually recruited. The candidates would be called in for a written exam that is to be conducted online. The exam consist of 30 questions in reasoning, 30 in quantitative aptitude, 30 in general knowledge, 40 for English knowledge and 30 in computer knowledge. The selected candidates would be called in for personal interview. Those who are selected should undergo medical test and if only found to be medically fit, they would be shortlisted. Those who are shortlisted would be placed in probation.
