Day Nine. Today, we’re unboxing and testing the Tilta base plate for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K Full Frame. 🎥 This is part of my ongoing quest to buy gear you probably don’t need but will definitely want once you see it in action. 😉

This particular base plate is designed for 15mm rods (Type Six LWS, whatever that means—I’ll figure it out!) and has a rock-solid build with plenty of mounting holes to customize your setup. It's time to secure that camera cage, throw on a tripod plate, and accessorize the rig with follow focus, handles, and more. As always, Tilta brings their A-game in packaging, and the quick-release mechanism makes setting up a breeze!
