I stayed at W Osaka Hotel for the first time, which I had been looking forward to for a long time. I booked a basic room through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) and successfully upgraded to a Marvelous Suite using a Suite Night Award voucher.
The exterior and interior of the hotel are both very luxurious. When you enter the hotel building from outside, you pass through a blue corridor, which feels quite dreamy. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and serves as a check-in area. It also houses a restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a shop selling hotel merchandise. The front desk staff is fluent in English, and their polite and Western-style greetings set them apart from other Japanese hotels. The check-in process was very smooth. As a Titanium member, I was offered a choice between complimentary breakfast for two, 1,000 points, or a small Osaka W notebook as a welcome gift. I chose 1,000 points given FHR already offered breakfast, and the front desk staff also gave me the notebook and arranged for a late check-out at 4 PM the next day.
The Marvelous Suite is very spacious and includes a separate living room, a walk-in closet, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The bedroom is located in a corner, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of Osaka city. The toilet is located separately next to the walk-in closet and is not inside the bathroom. The bathroom also has a floor-to-ceiling window, allowing you to enjoy the city view while soaking in the bathtub. I really loved this beautiful and spacious suite.
The breakfast time was quite crowded, and there was a short waiting time, but the restaurant was considerate enough to provide tea and coffee near the entrance for guests to enjoy while waiting. We were seated in about ten minutes. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the quality was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the unique Japanese dishes. The hotel facilities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a sauna. The pool is not very large, and the hot tub is quite small, but they were not crowded, so I could enjoy them. In front of the pool, there is a bar and an outdoor courtyard that offers barbecue meals on weekends, but you need to make a reservation in advance. Since I had a $100 dining credit from FHR, I sat outside by the pool and ordered food from the lobby lounge. I also used the remaining credit at the hotel's coffee shop on the first floor, which coincidentally had a limited-time collaboration menu with the movie "Barbie," which was a lot of fun.
Like many other W hotels, W Osaka is not only stylish but also a popular attraction. Although the room rates are high, I found it well worth the experience. If I have the opportunity to visit Osaka again in the future, W Osaka will definitely be one of my considerations.

首次入住期盼已久的大阪W飯店，此次透過美國運通Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) 預訂基本房，使用套房券成功升等到非凡套房。
飯店外觀內裝都感覺很氣派，從戶外進入飯店大樓會穿過藍色的通道，非常夢幻。大廳位在四樓，除可辦理入住，也有餐廳和大廳酒廊，以及販售飯店週邊商品的商店。前檯服務人員英語非常流利，跟其他日本飯店彬彬有禮的應對很不同，比較西方式的招呼，辦理入住非常順利，鈦金會員歡迎裡可選擇雙人早餐、1000點數或是大阪W的小記事本，因為美國運通FHR的訂房已經包含早餐，我便選了1000點，前檯人員也另外送我小記事本，並安排到隔日下午四點退房。
非凡套房空間很大，有獨立客廳、衣物間、臥室以及分離的浴室和廁所。臥室位在角落，落地窗向外望去可俯瞰大阪市景，美不勝收。廁所是在衣物間旁獨立的一間，不在浴室內。浴室也有一片落地窗，可邊泡澡邊欣賞市景，非常喜歡這間美麗的套房，真的是又大又舒適。
早餐使用的客人很多，需要候位，但餐廳很貼心在入口準備茶和咖啡讓大家飲用，等候時間大約十分鐘即被帶進餐廳入座。早餐菜色非常豐富，品質也很好，品嚐了有特色的日式料理，非常滿意。飯店設施有健身房、泳池和三溫暖。泳池不大，三溫暖也很迷你，但是使用的人不多，可以很享受。泳池前面有個酒吧和戶外中庭，在週末提供烤肉餐點，但必須事先預約。因為有FHR提供的100美金餐飲額度，我便坐在泳池外的中庭點用大廳酒廊的餐點，另外剩下的額度用在飯店大樓外面一樓的飯店咖啡廳，入住時正好跟電影「芭比」合作推出限量餐點，非常有趣。
如同許多其他W飯店，大阪W飯店不僅充滿時尚感也是熱門的打卡景點。雖然房價居高不下，但我覺得很值得體驗一次。日後如果有機會再來大阪，W飯店絕對是我會考慮的飯店之一。
