మామూలు పదార్థాలతో, ఇంట్లోనే చాలా ఈజీగా తయారయ్యే complete South Indian veg meal. లంచ్కు అద్భుతంగా సరిపోతుంది.
👇 ప్రతి వంటకం స్టెప్-బై-స్టెప్ వివరాలతో ఇక్కడ ఉంది:
🥣 1. Tomato Pappu / టమోట పప్పు
Ingredients:
• Red gram – 50 g
• Tomato – 4
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Karam – 1 tsp
• Green chilies – 3–4
• Onion – ½
• Water – as needed
• Salt – 1½ tsp
• Tamarind juice – 10 g
Tempering:
Oil 1 tsp, Ghee 2 tsp, Mustard ½ tsp, Cumin ½ tsp, Crushed garlic, Dry red chili, Curry leaves, Hing, Fenugreek powder.
Prep Highlights:
Cook dal + tomatoes, smash well, add tamarind & tempering → simmer for 1 minute → garnish.
🥗 2. Potlakaya Pachadi / Snake Gourd Yogurt Chutney
Tempering:
Oil, black gram, bengal gram, mustard, cumin, red chili, garlic, curry leaves, hing, onion.
Main Base:
Snake gourd, green chilies, garlic, coconut, cumin, curd, salt, coriander.
Prep Highlights:
Fry onions, roast snake gourd, grind with coconut & green chilies, mix with curd → pachadi ready!
🥦 3. Cauliflower Fry
Ingredients:
Onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, cauliflower, turmeric, red chili powder, coconut, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander.
Prep Highlights:
Sauté onions & spices → add cauliflower → cook till soft → finish with coconut & masala.
🌶️ 4. Cauliflower Pickle (Instant)
Tempering:
Oil, mustard, fenugreek, cumin, chili, crushed garlic, hing, curry leaves.
Dry Mix:
Turmeric, mustard powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice.
Prep Highlights:
Heat oil with spices → add dry mix → pour over cauliflower → mix well.
