Toronto to Halifax, Video #19: New Brunswick to Prince Edward Island (PEI). We drive from Moncton, the largest city in New Brunswick, up to the Confederation Bridge connecting the province to Prince Edward Island over the Northnumberland Strait (12.9km). We take Route 15 via Shediac, a partial freeway route, then take Route 16 (Trans-Canada Highway) from Port Elgin, up to the bridge approach.
