2011 Cadillac SRX - Timing Codes and Running Rich!

We have here a 2011 Cadillac SRX that just had a used engine put in it. Now it has codes P0016 and P0017. It is also running rich with codes P0172 and P0175. It is running poorly at idle. Hope you enjoy!
