Ingredients
Papad – 4
Shallots – 5
Ginger – small piece
Red Chilly – 5
Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Curry leaves-3 sprigs
Oil-for frying
Salt to taste

Method
Heat oil in a pan,add small pieces of papad and fry it,keep it in a side
At the same pan add dry red chilli, shallots, gingerand curry leaves ,
saute for some minutes
Then it cools,grind the sauted ingredients like dry red chilli ,shallots
ginger ,curry leaves and grated coconut .into fine paste\
Add the fried small piece pappadam and grind once more then mix
well.
Transfer to the bowel.and serve the tasty pappad chudney with meals.
