Sacromonte in Granada, Spain, takes you to a completely different world. The outlying district of Granada is a mountain and at the same time a neighbourhood that belongs to the old town. Sacromonte and Albaicín are the flamenco centers of Granada and have become famous for their cave dwellings. Join me on this walk tour, filmed in 4K 60FPS in October 2021, to Mirador de San Nicolás to observe the Alhambra palace from a distance. In relation to the number of inhabitants, the number of pubs and bars is quite large here. Only a few meters above, the hills of Granada are sparsely overgrown. Here you can find the famous caves, which you can visit and some of which are rented out as private vacation accommodation. Sacromonte is also home to the gypsy culture and with it flamenco in its purest form. Today, this district is a beautifully restored and lovingly decorated open-air museum that attracts thousands of visitors.
