Travellers furious over cancelled Sunwing flights and lack of communication

Some Canadian travellers were able to escape the severe winter weather by vacationing in sunny Mexico. But not all of them could escape the headaches of travelling.

Their Sunwing flights back to Canada have been cancelled, leaving some customers feeling trapped. Others are still in Canada because the airline nixed their trips.
