Ingredients:
Strawberries
Bananas
200g milk chocolate
200g (192ml) heavy cream
400g (400ml) milk
Pinch of salt
Recipe:
Cut thick slices of banana. Remove the tops of strawberries, then give them a quick rinse. Heat a pot over medium-high heat, then pour in milk and heavy cream. Bring that to a boil and throw in the milk chocolate.
Bring it to a boil, mixing constantly, we don’t want anything to scorch. If it’s thin, don’t panic, just keep mixing until it reduces and thickens.
When the chocolate looks rich and thick, finish it with just a tiny pinch of salt, it’s a game changer. Arrange your fruit and prepare to serve.
Whether you’re using a fork, your hand, or those little thingies that come with a fondue machine, you’re in for a treat!
