It punches the four holes for the prongs and the center hole for the stud with one simple squeeze of the lever. A great tool for use when the installation of Lift the Dot Fasteners, for a fabric project, must be done on the job site with no practical way to use a die that requires setting with a hammer style mallet.

Sailrite recommends using this tool with up to four layers of a Marine Grade equivalent fabric assembly.
