After 8 Years Of Use A Bowflex Selecttech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells Review

After having a chance to review a bunch of adjustable dumbbells over the last year I started thinking about how well these Bowflex SelectTech 552's have worked out for me and I thought I'd put it into a review for all of you.
