01:35 *Memory of Gheleon Artifact – Enhanced Radar and Constant radar during all primary weapon use.
_______This perk seems a little weak. Yes the enhanced radar and constant Third Eye will be very useful, but in comparison to some of the other artifacts, it doesn’t stack up in my opinion. It could be useful in PVE events where melee enemies spawn randomly and your focused on DPS on a Large target.

02:10 *Memory of Perun Artifact – Guaridians with Full supers are highlighted YELLOW, and all enemies with low health are highlighted RED for easy Targeting.
_______Seems a little bit of a waste when you can already tell if an enemy has a super by looking at the glow of there level. So unless they remove that I probably wouldn’t use it but would be great for solo players who want to be better team shooters.

02:56 *Memory of Silimar Artifact – Ability to reduce any damage of time effect. Especially since the infamous Thorn is returning to Year 3
_______This seems like the only way Bungie could get away with bringing the Thorn back. A lot of times the community gets upset about something when there is no way to counter it. This will help with the annoyance of thorn as well as those pesky FireBolt burn grenades or smokes from hunters, etc.

03:28 *Memory of Timur Artifact – Ability to turn low power enemies of Darkness into Allies. They Fight by your side and expires after 30 seconds or a second melee.
_______This sound like more of a Fun Artifact to play around with but not something I would main. It is limited to PVE so that will definitely make it one of the least used ones in Rise of Iron.

03:53 *Memory of Radegast Artifact – Adds Ability for swords letting you reflect energy based projectiles including ogre blasts and incoming Crucible Rockets.
_______This is going to be Situational in PVP. Like something you only equip during heavy round or 30 seconds before heavy spawns. The only time you may main this would be in Mayhem. In PVE im not sure how many honest uses I see this being for. If I were gonna choose a PVE Artifact Id probably go with the Skorri Artifact.

04:31 *Memory of Jolder Artifact – Ability to completely Eliminate Sprint cooldown. Allowing Guardians to ceaselessly charge ahead.
_______Eliminating Sprint is an awesome feature. A lot of times in trials or any competitive PVP environment, getting to a spot first and/or being able to adjust quickly can be the difference between winning and losing so this is an awesome new ability.

05:30 *Memory of Skorri Artifact – Speeds up Super recharge rate for all near by enemies.
_______This is very dependent on how strong this effect is. If its too strong it could break the game, if its too weak it will be useless. If it stacks to strong it would break the game. Can you imagine 6 Titan Hammers running around all super charging each other. It would be a damn nightmare.

06:13 *Memory of Felwinter Artifact – Lose your SUPER – but gain an extra grenade and melee, and boost all your stats and orbs recharge your grenades and abilities.
_______This is Awesome and by far the best one of the whole bunch ! I am a Nightstalker Hunter Main and I very rarely use my super in the crucible just because its ineffective in a lot of situations. This would all me to focus more on my Gun play and evading with the boost to my stats and not feel like im wasting a Tether. The same goes for Warlock Sunsingers. In 6v6 the super is honestly a waste if you could just have 2 nades and 2 melee.
