Georgy Abramov (Георгий Абрамов) and Georgy Pavlovich Vinogradov (Георгий Павлович Виноградов) sing "Oh Like the Sea" (Уж, как по морю) , recorded 1940s, probably for All-Union Radio. It's an old folk song with nice crunchy medieval harmonies.

Film location: Little Almscliff at Beckwithshaw and Nosterfield RSPB reserve in North Yorkshire, December 2009. The birds are geese - possibly mostly Canada geese - though I think there's at least one pinkfoot in there.
