NO SPEND GROCERY BUDGET WEEK // COOKING FROM THE PANTRY

Here's how I made the banana cream pie👇

I baked the pie crust according to the package directions. I used an electric mixer to blend 2oz of cream cheese, 1 1/4C milk, and one package of banana pudding mix (the small one). I folded in 4oz of cool whip. I sliced up banana pieces in the bottom of the cooked pie crust and poured the pudding mixture over the top. Then I spread 4oz (or more) cool whip on top, and sprinkled crushed cookie pieces on top of that. It chilled in the fridge for a few hours before we thoroughly enjoyed it! :)
