In this video, I show you a simple 7 step system that I built that saves at least $350/mo on software licenses. This is built on make.com, and it lets you share software accounts with one time login codes or magic links.

On the frontend, after you prompt the login, the code or link gets sent to your teams' Slack channel to log in. This system uses mailhooks, REGEX expressions and Slack messages. It does go against ToS for most tools, so this system is technically illegal.

But this is a real business use case and while this automation system is built on make.com, you can easily duplicate the logic and create it on n8n.
