The Park Hill Story - Tom Bloxham MBE - TEDxSheffield

Tom is the co-Founder & Chairman of Urban Splash - a property regeneration company with a difference. Urban Splash have been awarded over 300 times for their architecture, designs, regeneration and commercial successes. Starting out in Liverpool in 1993, the company's portfolio stretches to over 60 schemes involving thousands of homes, jobs & millions in commercial square footage. They are currently in the process of restoring Europe's largest listed building, the 1,000 flat Park Hill Estate in Sheffield. Outside of Urban Splash, Tom chairs the Manchester International Festival, is Chancellor of University of Manchester and is a Trustee of the Tate.

TEDxSheffield is operated under a license from TED Conferences LLC held by @herbkim. In 2011, it was co-curated by @chrisdymond, held at the Showroom Cinema and supported by Creative Sheffield. The talk was recorded & edited by TDC, Sheffield.
