In this episode, I sit down with Giada De Laurentiis, the iconic Italian-American chef, TV host, and founder of Giadzy, to talk about her incredible journey in food media. From the early days of Everyday Italian on Food Network, to building her own lifestyle brand, and to now, returning to television with Giada in My Kitchen, Giada shares some exclusive stories about the early days of her career over some of my chocolate chip cookie pie (our origin story, as this was the first recipe of mine and the first gluten-free dessert she ever made)!

We talk about what it was like being a blueprint for women in food television, her favorite pasta shape, how she created a personal connection with millions of viewers before social media even existed, her chocolate pasta segment on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and so much more more.
