Silver goes to Angel Island to warn Knuckles, but when he gets there he runs into Knuckles and Rouge fighting over the Master Emerald! Tikal and Chaos appear out of the Emerald and are displeased with Knuckles. Chaos fires Knuckles from guarding the Master Emerald as a result of his failure to keep it safe.
