Airbus BelugaXL آيرباص بيلوغا "أكس أل" 2019

آيرباص بيلوغا "أكس أل" 2019 هي خليفة بيلوغا التي هي موضوعة في الخدمة منذ العام 1995، وهي أطول بمقدار ستة أمتار وأعرض بمقدار متر واحد مُقارنة بالطراز الأصلي. وطائرة الشحن المُخصّصة لنقل البضائع المُلقّبة بإسم "الحوت الطائر" مُزوّدة بمحرّكين من إنتاج رولزرويس فئة "ترانت 700"، وهي قادرة على الطيران لمسافة تبلغ نحو 4000 كلم. في الرحلة الواحدة. وطائرة آيرباص"آي 330" المُطوّرة إنطلاقًا من "أكس أل" تستفيد من مقصورة مُنخفضة ومُتدليّة على غرار النسخة الأصليّة التي كان جرى تطويرها قبل عقدين مع سعة تحميل بحجم 2209 متر مكعّب.

Airbus Beluga XL 2019 is the successor to the Beluga which has been in operation since 1995, and is six meters longer and one meter wider than the original. The transporter cargo plane which is nicknamed “the flying whale” is powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines and is capable of flying around 4000 Km per trip. The Airbus A330 based XL features the same low-slung cockpit as the original developed two decades ago with a cargo volume of 2209 meter cube.
